ISG Katip (Occupational Health and Safety Clerk) is a software project that provides occupational health and safety services in online. When ISG related institutions and the Mernis system are in collaboration synchronously, the interactive and integrated reports will emerge.
TO WHAT BE REFERRED THE ISG CLERK?
All people, institutions and organizations involved in occupational health and safety services find themselves in the ISG katip system. Whole of the OSGB, occupational physician, occupational safety specialist, or specialist candidate are defined by the system.
The training and internship processes of the institutions, organizations and ISG professionals who are defined by the system, can also be traced through the ISG katip.
Occupational safety specialists and occupational physician appointments for services are also carried out through the ISG katip system.
The services provided by the OSGB and ISG professionals, the qualification of the contract periods, the legislative changes or the osgb information can also be found by the system.
HOW TO ACCESS THE ISG KATIP SYSTEM?
In order to be able to make processes in the İsg Katip you must first login to the system using e-government password. As you can also access directly from www.turkiye.gov.tr, you can entry into system directly from the input address ISG katip.

First of all, the person who will perform the process (the person who appears to be the company officially with the SGK documents) must enter the system with his or her e-government password.
After accessing the ISG Katip system with E-government password, should be selected the Hizmet Alan İşyeri Modülü from the menu on the left. If this field does not appear, it means that the person are not hired by the company with the title of SGK. In this case, the signature authority of this company should apply to SGK Sicil Servisi with a request and the concerned person should be appointed as the authority of this company by the ISG KATİP system.
On the right side of the page, the information of the occupational safety specialist and the occupational physician of the company will appear. Confirmation can be performed by selecting the Onayla button.
Once these transactions are completed, the hired occupational safety specialist and occupational physician will appear on the database of the Ministry like as they are working and will be officially commissioned.
